Unagi Donburi is one of our favorite Japanese food. Grilled eel with sweet soy sauce based sauce. I put Onsen Tamago on top which is similar to poached egg. Onsen mean hot springs. You crack the egg when you cook poached egg, but for Onsen Tamago, you don't have to. Just put the eggs into the hot water(65～68℃) for about half hour and done! The hot springs water temperature is about between 65 - 68 degrees. So when you travel to hot springs in Japan, you will see a lot of Onsen Tamago for the breakfast :) sansho is another thing you can't forget for Unagi Donburi!
