I remembered we have "Gochujang" in the fridge!
So I decided to make some bibinbap for dinner.
seasoning with soy, sugar, mirin, sesame
Sauted on the pan with sesame oil
boiled them and seasoned with soy, sugar and sesame
Covered with salt for about 10 minutes, and rinsed with running
cold water. Seasoned with vinegar and sugar
boiled them with a little bit of salt.
Seasoned with salt, pepper and sesame oil
put all the prepared items on the warm rice.
