TEKONE sushi

TEKONE SUSHI is a kind of CHIRASHI SUSHI.

CHIRASHI SUSHI is sushi rice with the other ingredients mixed in

but

TEKONE SUSHI is put fish (red meat / tuna, skipjack tuna, etc)

marinated with the sauce on top of the sushi rice.

It started by fisher man while they are fishing.
Slice the fish they cought, put soy sauce
and mixed("KONE" in Japanese) by hand("TE" in Japanese)

1) cooked rice seasoned with the sauce
rice vinegar 3 table spoon
sugar 2 tabel spoon
salt

2) tuna marinated with the sauce
soy sauce 2 table spoon
mirin 2 table spoon

3) put
sushi rice, sesame, tuna, AOSHISO

on the plate
