ummmm, what can I call this meal...

1)pork
salt & pepper, sauted on the pan
and take the pork out.

2)add mushroom, onion, eggplant to the same pan

3)put the pork back into the pan

4)add
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 Table spoon ketchup
1 Table spoon vinegar

boil for 15 min

5)put cheese on top of the pork and put the lid on
until the cheese melt
