I defrost too much chicken yesterday so
today's dinner is chicken!!!
marinated chicken breast with yogurt and rosemary
and a little bit of mustard.
cooked on the pan with olive oil
served with fried zucchini, fried mushrooms and onions
I made crouton for Caesar salad.
It was raining again.
Cold weather plus rain are not good match...
This is very healthy and easy recipe.
1 chicken breast : seasoned with salt, pepper and sake
5g sliced ginger
1) put in the plate and wrap
cook in the microwave for 3min.
2) turn over the chicken and cook for 2min.
3)cool down a bit and slice
soy sauce 1 table spoon
oyster sauce 2 tea spoon
sake 2 tea spoon
sugar 1 tea spoon
put the chicken on the plate
sliced cucumber and the sauce on top
This is Chinese style.
If you like hot, put sliced chili in the sauce would be nice!!
Tonight, we tried Japanese style spaghetti!!
I love this pasta but Cor doesn't like fish eggs so
I never cooked this at home.
I don't know what happened but he wanted try it.
It is very easy to make so we cooked together with
COR'S CAESAR SALAD
We ate too much?!?!?!
It was sooooooo good!!!
And it is fun to cook together!

I remembered we have "Gochujang" in the fridge!
So I decided to make some bibinbap for dinner.
seasoning with soy, sugar, mirin, sesame
Sauted on the pan with sesame oil
boiled them and seasoned with soy, sugar and sesame
Covered with salt for about 10 minutes, and rinsed with running
cold water. Seasoned with vinegar and sugar
boiled them with a little bit of salt.

put all the prepared items on the warm rice.
I had no idea what to cook for dinner until I started..
But somehow, it turned out all right! ;)
hamburgground beef and pork mixed 257g
minced onion 95g
salt and pepper
whole tomato (can) 400g
salt and pepper
1) cooke the hamburgs in the pan
2) make tomato sauce
3) put hamburgs in to the sauce and simmer for 5-10min
4) put into the bowl and put some mozzarella cheese on top
5) cook in the oven for 5 minutes

It is soooooooooo good but I did some arrangement here tonight.
I put some turmeric, garam masala, and curry spice.
Used milk and agar instead of sauce béchamel to save some calories.

curry was not bad idea I think.
Our favorite salmon!!
It is hard to find Canadian salmon in Japan.
Of course we have Japanese salmon too but we love this Chili's.
It has more taste and sweetness so we don't need any sauce.
Co is getting better to take bones out by himself.
