It is hard to find Canadian salmon in Japan.
Of course we have Japanese salmon too but we love this Chili's.
It has more taste and sweetness so we don't need any sauce.
Co is getting better to take bones out by himself.

I wish mozarella cheese were cheeper, then I can buy them every day!
I use sourdough for my bread.
It was hard to make and take care of them when I started, but now,
I am getting used to it. I love the taste of the bread which is totally
different than the one made with dry yeast.

When we invite people, I always make a lot of bread.

we had 5 friend came over and Co, I and my mom
total 8 people!!
I made a pretty good huge dinner but forgotten to take picture...
oh well, everybody had fun though!!
