mozzarella cheese and tomato

Today, I made a herb focaccia

with mozzarella cheese and sliced tomato on top.


bread dough was soft and tasty, plus mozarella cheese was just
Bang on! It was actually a very good bread!

I wish mozarella cheese were cheeper, then I can buy them every day!

I use sourdough for my bread.

It was hard to make and take care of them when I started, but now,
I am getting used to it. I love the taste of the bread which is totally
different than the one made with dry yeast.
