ground beef and pork mixed 257g
minced onion 95g
nutmeg
salt and pepper
tomato sauce
zucchini 40g
eggplant 40g
shimeji 65g
whole tomato (can) 400g
salt and pepper
dried basil
dried oregano
1) cooke the hamburgs in the pan
2) make tomato sauce
3) put hamburgs in to the sauce and simmer for 5-10min
4) put into the bowl and put some mozzarella cheese on top
5) cook in the oven for 5 minutes
