green olives

used the green olives we got from our friend.

whole wheat flour (fine grated) 10g
whole wheat flour (rough grated) 90g
hard flour (for baguette) 150g
salt 1 tea spoon
malt powder 1 tea spoon
sour dough 125g
water 150ml

20min mixing
10 hours first fermentation
45min second fermentation
240℃ oven for 20min

I don't know why but the vinegar make the bread softer.
melted cheese on top was nice.
