eggplant gratin


1)eggplant : cut in half
take the inside out of eggplant
*use the eggplant outside as a container

2)the inside eggplant (took out) sauted with
onion, zucchini and bacon

seasoned with tomato ketchup, salt and pepper

3)put the stuff back into the eggplant boat*(container)

4)cheese on top and
cook in the oven for 200℃ 15 - 20 min
