stemed chicken
put soy sauce and sake and marine a while
2)TA-SAI (kind of CHINGENSAI)
wash and put in the pan
3)put the chicken on top of TA-SAI
and a little water
put the lid on with medium heat
until chicken cooked
4)oyster sauce and soy sauce for seasoning
